• Epoxy is more agressive than the normal water-base glue, which is the industry standard. Since epoxy is so strong, less of it is used yielding a considerably lighter, better deck that is stiffer and keeps is pop longer than normal decks.
• The epoxy resin locks the piles together much tighter while the decks are still in the actual presses during manufacturing. Normal decks always bounce back a bit as the newly pressed veneers fight their new shape, losing subtleties of the intended mold. The epoxy decks heavily reduce the bounce-back, keeping the subtle bends that were intended, again making it crisper and better overall.
